I design products where the interfacehas to carry trust.

AI, blockchain and fintech all ask someone to act on a system they cannot check for themselves. Six years of my work has been in that gap.

Day to day that means interaction: how a product responds, what it does while it waits, how it recovers. I map the system before I draw a screen, then prototype in code to check how it feels.

How I work

I learned most of this from watching handoffs go wrong. A design that stops at the handoff gets built as something else, and a component that only works when I’m in the room to explain it isn’t finished. So I stay next to the build, and I’d rather hear what’s wrong at the prototype than at launch.
